Building Reps

If you are struggling with an issue, and you're not sure whether or not this is union related, please reach out to your Union Building Representative for support. Remember that they can attend meetings that you are called to by your supervisor, and provide valuable support in the grievance process, if it's needed. Your union rep would also reach out to the executive board if this issue is escalating beyond your building or the grievance process is going through the motions.
